Albana Secco Fermo DOCG Biologico produced in the hills of Imola, in the province of Bologna, part of the picturesque Tre Monti area.
The vineyard is located on clayey hillsides at 125 meters above sea level, cultivated with organic methods that respect ancient winemaking traditions. The optimal north-south exposure of the vines favors an ideal maturation of the Albana grapes, which give the wine intense aromas and a rich vitality.
Each sip offers a sensory experience with balance and elegance, ideal to accompany fish, shellfish and fresh cheeses.

Albana Secco Fermo DOCG Organic is the result of artisanal and ecological processing.
The Albana grapes are harvested by hand, selecting only the best bunches, and then proceed to pressing and destemming. A delicate pressing precedes fermentation in tanks at a controlled temperature (10-12C), the phase in which the wine develops its aromatic complexity.
The refinement takes place in stainless steel and glass-lined cement tanks, which preserve the freshness and enhance its characteristics. Finally, the wine matures in the bottle for 2/3 months, obtaining a product of remarkable elegance and character, ideal for the most refined palates.
