Wine with good alcohol content, fruit of strongly exposed clayey soil. Thanks to an early harvest, the wine is perfectly balanced by an excellent acidity to maintain the freshness of the typical flavors of these grapes

Mechanical collection. Pressing with immediate extraction of the skins. Cold fermentation in stainless steel, with aging of the noble lees at the end of fermentation.

Altitude 125 a.s.l., clayey and medium-textured soil, south-east exposure. Age of the vineyards: 2010
